Chef Tony was down and out, you could say he was down on the turf, so where better to come than the Track & Turf motel. I checked in and went to my room. It wasn't perfect, but it would do for the night. I turned on the TV, rolled one up and relaxed for the night. Yes there are roaches, they came by to hang out but if you need a decent place to sleep and smoke, Track & Turf is the place to go!
Room Service came @ a normal time. Cleaned the Bed &; Bathroom fresh everything. Big Comfortable Bed, Good Cable T.V. Near Dunkin Donuts & other fast food Restaurants. Air Conditioned Peaceful Room. Great Sleep
Guys Before I start you need to bare in mind that this is a Motel and not a 5* hotel. We arrived in really late with no reservation as international travellers and were greeted by the owner/manager. The service was great and friendly (even suggested a slightly alternative route for us without tolls for our journey the next day). The room was very clean and tidy, comfortable, modern TV, Air conditioned and with Cable. The Room was right near the major road (as per the norm for a roadside motel) however, the Windows were double glazed so there was no noise and the black out curtains made it possible for us to get some great sleep before we set off. Seriously don't be worried about staying here on your travels. There is a dunkin Dougnuts next door for breakfast coffee before you hit the road and plenty of other fast food places to choose from on your way back to the I95 or the 295 (no Tolls if heading south!) :-)
Staff is friendly, nice TV set, cold fridge and a working microwave. Bathrooms are nice and the heat/AC works fine. Bring your own soap and toiletries. I also brought a scented candle. Walls are sort of thin and rooms could be brighter. Good weekly rates!!!
